    Mario Di Castro has a Grasp’s diploma in digital engineering from the College of Naples Federico II in Italy and a PhD in robotics and industrial controls from the Polytechnic College of Madrid in Spain. Since 2011 he has led the Mechatronics, Robotics and Operation part at CERN. The part is liable for the design, development, set up, operation and upkeep of robotic programs used for distant upkeep on the CERN accelerator advanced.
