    For years, “people-first” was handled like a branding selection. One thing good to say. Straightforward to chop when occasions acquired tight.

    In 2026, that framing now not holds.

    Throughout main HR pattern analyses, people-centered practices are displaying up not as perks, however as efficiency infrastructure. Wellbeing, flexibility, inclusion, steady studying, and worker expertise are now not separate initiatives. They’re straight tied to retention, innovation, and execution.
