    Resolution

    To resolve this problem, the speaker producer applied TM AI Cobot to automate screw fastening and AI inspection. This resolution combines industrial imaginative and prescient with AI to mechanically confirm whether or not screws are totally secured throughout meeting.

    The inspection workflow begins with a Basler digital camera mounted above the meeting line, offering an ariel view of the audio system. This digital camera is built-in with a collaborative robotic (cobot), so that after the screws are mounted, the cobot prompts the Basler digital camera to seize a picture. The photographs are analyzed utilizing an AI mannequin that detects and flags any lacking or improperly mounted screws. If a non-conforming (NG) product is recognized, an alert is mechanically triggered to inform the operator.
