Nukon has been named the 2022 Seeq Partner of the Year for the Asia-Pacific region for a third straight year at the 2023 Seeq Global Partner Symposium, held in Las Vegas from January 10-12, 2023.
Nukon Principal for Analytics and Intelligence Andrew May attended the event, contributing to discussions on how the technology can further support a diverse range of use cases. Speaking ahead of the event, Andrew highlighted the value Nukon’s clients gain from the team working alongside solution partners such as Seeq.
“Since founding our partnership with Seeq, Nukon has implemented many diverse real-time analytics use cases right across industry with positive outcomes,” he said. “Nukon prides itself on providing the best solution for clients, and Seeq’s capability allows us to do this through their unique set of offerings.”
As a three-time recipient of the Asia Pacific Partner of the Year, Nukon doubled its Seeq business for a second consecutive year in 2022, with more than a dozen Seeq customers across food and beverage, mining, metals, and materials, utilities, and specialty manufacturing.
The recipients of the award “set the standards for excellence in delivering the next generation of process manufacturing improvements,” Chief Customer Officer Nikki Bishop said. “In 2022, our global, diverse partner ecosystem empowered our shared customers to solve various advanced analytics use cases across process industries to support their top initiatives for sustainability, digital transformation, and workforce empowerment.”
Nukon continues to be recognised as a valued partner of industry-leading technologies, as one of seven partners globally to have been selected for contribution potential and leadership in their marketplace for the Seeq 2023 Partner Advisory Council (PAC). Launched at this year’s event, the PAC brings together a distinguished and diverse group of partners to advise on best practices that help Seeq continue to deliver the highest possible value to its partners and customers.
Partners were nominated on their tenure and proven commitment to working with Seeq and shared customers. Nukon utilises Seeq’s multiple applications to empower our clients to rapidly investigate and share insights from data stored in enterprise data historians —such as Ignition, OSIsoft PI, Honeywell PHD, and GE Proficy—as well as cloud, time-series and contextual data sources such as Timestream, InfluxDB, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and TimescaleDB.
Seeq’s analytics software forms part of Nukon’s solution for clients such as Newcrest Mining, informing the planning, maintenance and reliability teams of wear rates on crusher equipment, which resulted in increased uptime and greater throughput for the client. Process engineers, data scientists, plant managers, operations staff, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) use Seeq to analyse and improve business outcomes, supporting Nukon clients in a variety of industries.
